Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam is a national organization gathers and represents the business community, the use of labor and business associations in Vietnam aims to develop, protect and support enterprises, contributing to economic development - economic development of the country, promoting the economic cooperation, trade and science - technology between Vietnam and other countries on the basis of equality and mutual benefit. Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam is the independent, nongovernmental, nonprofit, have legal personality and financial autonomy.
Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam has the following functions:
1. Representatives to promote and protect the legal rights, legitimate business community and users in Vietnam in the labor relations in the country;
2. To promote business development, entrepreneurship, the link between businesses, business associations, promote and support trade and investment, cooperation in science - technology and operations other business enterprises in Vietnam and abroad.
Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam has the following tasks:
1. Gather, research, reviews of the business to reflect the proposals and advise the state on legal issues, economic policy - to improve social and business environment;
2. Participate in the formulation and implementation of strategic economic development - social and economic integration internationally, attending conferences, the negotiating team of economic and trade in accordance with State regulations;
3. Organize forums and dialogues, meetings between the business, users working with state agencies, with representatives of workers and with other organizations at home and abroad to exchange exchange information and ideas on issues related to business and business environment;
4. Conducting activities necessary to protect legitimate interests, legitimate businesses and employers in the business relations in domestic and international;
5. Organization of communication activities and mobilizing the enterprise strictly implement the law, improve social responsibility, ethics and business culture, building labor relations harmony, environmental protection and participation in other social activities consistent with the objectives of the Chamber;
6. Compile and link with other business associations in Vietnam, in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and other organizations abroad, participation in regional organizations and consistent with international purpose of the room and help enterprises engaged in the organization;
7. Conducting construction activities, promote and enhance business reputation, business people, goods and services of Vietnam, to promote support services for business development, supporting business development relationships business and investment at home and abroad through measures such as introducing folded act and customers, providing information, guidance and advice to businesses, research organizations, market research, meeting seminars, conferences, trade fairs, exhibitions, advertising and other promotional activities;
8. Organization of training with the appropriate forms to human resources development for businesses, help entrepreneurs improve their knowledge, ability and business management;
